Thank you, Arizona

A historic statewide investment in first responder wellness and resilience

Leading the Way

Arizona led the nation with the Command Performance Initiative — the first statewide program to directly address the mental health and resilience of first responders. Backed by the Governor’s Office and embraced by more than 110 agencies across law enforcement, fire, sheriff, corrections, and public safety, this initiative proved what’s possible when innovation meets commitment.

The Command Performance Initiative set a new benchmark for public safety and resilience, proving that strategic investment delivers measurable impact.

The Vitanya program has helped me tremendously. My coach was phenomenal! I enjoyed the headset sessions to help calm and recenter me on my most challenging days at the office. Mental health is a real concern, and it is wonderful to know that your company recognizes this and wants to help first responders and civilians in the public safety industry become the best they can be, so that we can continue to protect and serve. I am grateful and thankful!”

The Command Performance Initiative united more than 110 agencies in a first-of-its-kind effort to strengthen resilience across Arizona’s law enforcement and first responder community. Thank you for being part of this journey — and for everything you do to serve and protect.
