The Command Performance Program is made possible from a grant through the Arizona Governor’s office to Heal the Hero Foundation with the statewide program delivered by Vitanya Brain Performance.
This innovative program brings cutting-edge, neuroscience-driven brain performance technology to departments and agencies across the state. The six-month program outcomes include improved sleep and rest, improved quality of life, and increased stress resilience.
Heal the Hero is a 501c3 public charity that exists to reimagine mental wellness and resilience for first responders. We equip police departments, fire departments, EMS and more with the tools and resources they need to perform at the highest level, feel physically and mentally healthy, and create better conditions for first responders and communities to work together.
Our approach to mental health resiliency is a technology-driven initiative formed in 2015, in public-private partnership with Vitanya Brain Performance. The Vitanya Program is designed to optimize brain health, increase mental resilience and elite performance, and can be coupled with additional mental health options, such as pharmaceutical drugs and talk therapy.
Vitanya was founded in Scottsdale Arizona in 2012 and has now grown to 20 locations in six states. Additionally, they provide programs to anyone, anywhere, through remote and mobile capabilities.
Vitanya primarily focuses on providing products, technology, and services supporting subtle neural communication on the electrical and chemical levels. A revolution in modern neuroscience reveals how to maximize healthy brain function.
Together Heal the Hero and Vitanya Brain Performance work with first responders across the country, as well as with active duty military, veterans and federal agencies.
